Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee to compensate our staff for their reserved time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To respect the time of our cleaning professionals, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may need it.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Lock-out: If our team arrives and cannot access the property within 15 minutes, the full service fee will be charged to cover their travel and lost time.

Satisfaction Guarantee Procedure

We take pride in our work, but we know that sometimes things can be missed. Our TianaSparkles Guarantee ensures you get the value you paid for.

How it works: If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion with a photo of the area in question. We will arrange for a team member to return and re-clean that specific area at no additional cost to you.

Please note: The guarantee does not cover clutter clearing or areas not included in the original booking checklist.
